Preparing for your Big Day
Leading up to your big day, it is important to make sure that you get your hair into great condition, so it can look its best in your photos. What I recommend you do leading up to your Wedding Day is:
- Get regular trims. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that it is better not to cut your hair so it is nice and long. It’s a lot harder to disguise split ends than to add a bit of length to your hair if required.
- Sort out the hair colour prior to the day. If your dream is to have blonde/dark hair for your wedding day, begin the process approx. 6 months prior to the day so you have the preferred colour on the day. Remember those photo’s last forever!
- If you require extensions, make sure the colour and texture matches to your hair. I always prefer to work with clip-in hair extensions. Tape, weave and bead hair extensions can be quite difficult to work with as well as hide in the hair. I’m always happy to offer advice to you before investing hundreds of dollars on something unnecessarily.
